Scouts can take their best shots at the all-new shooting ranges at Camp Geiger. The fun begins when the complex opens for the season in March, so start planning now. Set your sights on these activities:
– A five-stand shotgun range helps Venturers and older Boy Scouts learn to shoot sporting clays with confidence.
– Scouts can practice using a compound bow to hit a moving target at the archery range, or they can test their aim with a rifle.
– The complex is open to the public when it isn’t hosting Scouts. One-hundred clays cost $30, and all proceeds stay in the council.
