Enter Scouting Magazine's 2006 Cartoon Caption Contest

Scouting Magazine's Cartoon caption contest gives readers an opportunity to partner with long-time contributing illustrator Bill Basso in creating a captioned cartoon to be published in the March-April 2007 issue of the magazine—and win up to $400 in BSA Supply Group gift certificates in the process.

The contest is easy to enter and open to all registered BSA members, youth and adult. Put on your funny hat and submit captions for any or all of the four cartoons. Entries can be submitted in two ways (see below) and must be received by Oct. 1, 2006.
