Bear Crawl

Get down on all fours with your hands directly under your shoulders and knees positioned under your hips. Lift up onto your hands and toes, keeping your knees off the ground, and travel forward with your left leg and right hand moving simultaneously forward. The key is to move slowly and keep your back straight as a tabletop. Travel 10 yards forward and then 10 yards backward. Rest and repeat.
