It’s the final Day of my trip to this amazing city, and it’s been a vacation for the history books. I checked out some museums, saw a Broadway show, and ate some delicious pizza.

But now I’ve become somewhat turned around. With all these numbered streets, it’s hard to be truly lost, but I haven’t been paying attention. I toy with the idea of asking the guy at the hot-dog stand how to get back to my hotel. But just then, a familiar-looking building catches my eye.

I know I’ve seen that building in a picture somewhere. It’s had a few renovations since then—the photograph was probably a century old—but it’s still recognizable. I find a bench at the park across the street and try to iron out the details of this building’s significance in my mind. Then I wonder: Where Am I?

DO YOU KNOW THE ANSWER? If the scene shown and described looks familiar, enter our “Where Am I?” reader contest.
